First Part: I-140

Case Processing Time: 60 working days (Upon receipt of all required documents from the client)

Initial Installment: $2,500

  • Attorney Fee: $8,250 (including LoRs)
  • USCIS Fee: $715
  • USCIS Fee for Premium Processing (Optional): $2,805
  • Reduced USCIS Fee for Asylum Program: $300
  • FedEx Fee

Second Part: I-485 / IVP (Consular Process)

Case Processing Time: 14 working days (Upon receipt of all required documents from the client)

Initial Installment: $1,240

  • Attorney Fee for the Principal Applicant: $1,240
  • Attorney Fee for Each Dependent: $725
  • USCIS Fee:
  1. $1,440 for Each Adult
  2. $950 for Each Child (under 14 years old if filing with one parent)
  3. Or, $345 IVP Fee for Each Applicant
  • Optional Fees:
  1. EAD Application (I-765): $260 for each adult
  2. Advance Parole (I-131): $630 for each adult
  • FedEx Fee
